Piccole Vigne Del Piemonte

PICCOLE VIGNE DEL PIEMONTE Presenting the New Italian Quality Wine “LANGHE DOC”

The “Piccole Vigne of Piemonte”, a partner of Coldiretti Cuneo, Italy, is launching a new wine which will innovate the product and its production and the retailing policies.
The small Cellars partners of “Piccole Vigne” don’t have individually a mass of wine enough to satisfy the new opportunities in the international market of Quality Wines.
That’s why a group of Cellars cooperate to propose the market a partnership product, with constant quality, suitable to satisfy the consumers looking for quality wines.
Thanks to the new critic mass of the clustered Cellars this product has a reasonable price for a quality wine and a high quality / price ratio.
Piccole Vigne Langhe DOC (Aoc)
The “Piccole Vigne” Langhe DOC is a Red Wine, assembling the most important vines of Piemonte (Italy): Barbera, Nebbiolo and Dolcetto.
A high quality competitor of the international red wines, including Bordeaux, a new red wine on the table of the international connoisseurs: Langhe DOC is ideal with meat, cheese and, in general, every kind of food, even with desserts.
The wines from the Cellars associated to Piccole Vigne are produced with locally native certified vines. They are “Registered Designation of Origin” Wines from a very high quality district, the Langhe.
The Langhe
The Langhe is a hilly area on the south and east of the river Tanaro in the province of Cuneo in Piedmont, northern Italy.
It is famous for its typical red wines – Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera d’Alba – white wines, cheeses, and truffles—particularly the white truffles of Alba.
The famous Langhe wine growing region of Piemonte lies to the south of its capital Alba. It is characterized by rolling hills, vineyards and winding roads which deliver breath taking scenery around every corner.
The Langhe area of Piemonte is a location for holidays: worldwide tourists come here to follow the “wine trail” through the typical areas of Dolcetto d’Alba, Barbera d’Alba and Nebbiolo d’Alba. The Langa is also home to the truffle festival held in Alba during October. Each year for about a month and a half Alba is transformed and becomes the world market for truffles.
Barolo and Barbaresco, known throughout the world for their wines and wine cellars, are 15 km far from Alba.
