Hayman Distillers, the longest serving Gin distilling family in England is exhibiting at Prowein in Dusseldorf, Germany.
The Hayman’s Range including Hayman’s London Dry Gin, Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, Hayman’s 1850 Reserve, Hayman’s Sloe Gin, Hayman’s 1820 Gin Liqueur and Hayman’s Best of British Miniature Gift Pack will be showcased.
The show will mark the release of the second batch of Hayman’s 1850 Reserve. Hayman’s 1850 Reserve is distilled to a recipe from the 1850s which is then cask rested in Scotch Whisky barrels for 3 to 4 weeks following the tradition of Gin Palace style Gin.
Hayman’s 1850 Reserve is distilled in small batches of 5000 bottles to a specific Gin recipe with juniper and coriander being the key botanicals. Each bottle is individually numbered alongside the batch no.
The wood adds subtle mellow notes to the appealing hints of spice and pepper from the juniper and coriander which result in an aromatic, well-balanced and full-bodied Gin.
Smith & Cross Traditional Pot Still Jamaica Rum will also be on the stand. Navy strength at 57% alc, this is a distinctive and flavourful rum that contains only Wedderburn and Plummer pot still distillates famous for their notes of exotic fruits and spice. Smith & Cross is a product of Jamaica and bottled by Hayman Distillers. The Rum which is gaining a following a cult following in the USA is now being introduced into Europe.

The new design of City of London Gin will be unveiled at Prowein. The packaging is classic in style reflecting the heritage and tradition of London as the true spiritual home of Gin.
City of London Gin is a premium London Dry Gin distilled to an original Gin recipe. 9 botanicals including Juniper and Angelica are carefully selected to create a refreshing and traditional style of London Dry Gin. The James Brookes Range has been re-launched and up-graded to offer a high quality package at a competitive price. The range includes James Brookes Whisky, Gin and Vodka. James Brookes Whisky is a 3 year old blended Scotch Whisky from the Highlands of Scotland. James Brookes Vodka is a smooth vodka triple distilled from 100% grain spirit and James Brookes Gin is a London Dry Gin with a distinctive blend of botanicals at 40% alc.
