Award-winning wines from 16 countries will be awaiting visitors to FHC China 2012 (14 – 16 November) in the Tasting Zone organised by the leading international trade fair ProWein in cooperation with publishing house Meininger Verlag. A varied seminar programme will complete the range in Shanghai.
Some 300 wines awarded the great international wine prize, MUNDUS VINI 2012, will be available for tasting in the 500 square metre ProWine Tasting Zone. The wines come from 16 countries including France, Australia, Germany, Chile, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Turkey. Alongside a wide range of red, white and rosé wines the Tasting Zone also presents Champagnes and liqueur wines.
The ProWine Tasting Zone’s own seminar area will feature hosted tasting sessions and lectures on the most varied of topics. Richard Grosche, Chief Taster at the publishing house Meininger Verlag, and Robert Joseph, Editor at Large of the trade magazine Meininger’s Wine Business International, will provide insight into the characteristics of individual grape varieties. Other themes include Champagnes, sweet wines or correct assessment of wine quality. The lectures will be held in English and interpreted into Chinese.
