We support advising and qualifying public and private organisations for sustainable structural change - project “Private sector development in Georgia” supports this process in Georgian wine and tourism sector.

In order to contribute to the solution of a core problem of Georgian wine sector, the lack of new markets and business development services, GTZ-project designed and implemented a new service centre for Georgia.

The centre shall support wine sector approaches to improve quality and competence in vine, wine and wine tourism, shall help Georgian wine sector to have a better access to new markets and will support all initiatives to promote Georgian quality wines, wine culture and wine tourism in Georgia and abroad.

The centre shall also help to establish better sector business development services (BDS) and shall improve know how transfer to Georgian wine sector.

The CCVMT is part of and running under hospice of GTZ-project office until its privatization.

Despite all coming up duties in the country, demands from private or public sector CCVMT-experts will support till June 2007 the Georgian fair participations at ITB Berlin, ProWein Fair in Duesseldorf and London Wine&Spirits Fair.
