Following a successful release in the UK, where it was launched only last September and where it rapidly gained listings across a number of retailers, Beefsteak will be unveiling its range to European importers at Prowein- Hall 9 Stand E79
Besides the UK, Beefsteak Club is currently distributed in Sweden, with other key markets such as Holland, Germany and France showing strong interest in adding it to their wine barns.
Beefsteak Wine Club has been created with steak and wine lovers in mind and honours the dining clubs of the 18th and 19th century, which celebrated the beefsteak as a symbol of liberty and prosperity. Argentina, a paradise for many wine and beef lovers, had to be the first port of call and the first Beefsteak Club could be no other than the country’s signature wine, King Malbec.
The success of the concept is attributed to its simple, clear, fun message, which consumers can easily identify with. On that note, there are plans for soon-to-be-revealed range extensions that will seek to equally connect and engage consumers with the brand proposition.
