Aurora Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine is made with Pinot Noir and Riesling grapes. The base wine is elaborated with the traditional method, with soft pressing to extract the best product to prepare the sparkling wine. This blend gives the product the fine and fruity aromas of Pinot Noir and the floral aromas of Riesling, adding to them the secondary aromas, like toasted bread, conferred during second fermentation and aging in contact with the yeast. With pink color, fine and persistent perlage, Aurora Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine is very refreshing in mouth, has a great body and moderate acidity, well balanced and present.
It is ideal with seafood in different preparations (such as risottos, paella and fish stew), tuna steaks and salmon, sushi and salmon temakis, roe and some Thai cuisine among others.
