GTZ-Projekt Förderung der Privatwirtschaft in Georgien

All roads for Georgia lead to the Düsseldorf trade fair venue

For Georgian wine exporting companies, the annual ProWein fair is one of the key events on the calendar, thanks especially to trade-visitors-only policy. “Here, our Georgian quality wines have an ideal forum”, Tina Kezeli, senior expert from German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), which has been a stabile partner for Georgian ProWein exhibitors since 8 years.
ProWein also holds important international cachet for Minister of Agriculture, Petre Tsiskarishvili, who wanted to see GTZ in charge again for Georgian presentation at ProWein 2008, again at VINUM stand, but in a bigger scale than 2007. A very good chance for GTZ to call again for quality approach on highest level following market demands – reasonable results are testable during tastings offered by well-known wine journalist Rudolf Knoll at VINUM stand in hall 4. 11 cellars will offer their wines & spirits at B 61. Visitors can also look forward to the new wines from the Georgian Wine Family Union. The Georgian offerings will be rounded out by brandy from Tiflis based company Saradjishvili&Eniseli and new sparkling wines from the traditional cellar Bagrationi 1882.
